Over the last 5 years the company has built up a mutually beneficial working relationship with many landlords and property developers from the single studio flat conversion up to supplying all of the flooring for a new developmemt of twenty 3,4 & 5 bedroom houses in Angmering.

Obviously price is a key when securing these contracts and we are confident that for product quality and value for money, we are second to none. However we believe the key to our success in gaining, then retaining our partnerships is reliability and flexibility.

There is nothing more frustrating than tradesmen letting you down and costing you valuable time and money. If we say we will be there at a certain time - we will. It’s as simple as that. Landlords

Due to the explosion of the buy to let market, this is a part of our business that has continued to flourish over the last few years. It goes without saying that price is crucial and we are highly competitive in this market. However speed and flexibility is just as important.

If one of your properties is vacated at the weekend and the flooring needs replacing (for whatever reason) it is imperative this is carried out without delay. Every day empty is a day without rent and this is clearly not ideal! We will aim to measure, quote and have the carpet on the floor within days, not 3 weeks like some of our competitors! If the old carpets need uplifting and disposing of – no problem. Likewise with the moving of furniture, we can do as little or as much as you like.
